Annual Show Information

Practice and Dress Rehearsal Schedule can be found here.

Dress Rehearsal:

Once your skater's group has finshed skating, their group will bew escorted to photographs. Once group photos have been taken, skaters may choose to have individual photos taken or are free to leave.

Parents

Pay close attention to which half your child's group is rehearsing in and the time. Please bring your child to the "Skater Entrance Only" door which is the last entrance to Thayer Arena. A sign will be up letting you know which door your child should enter. Upon arrival, check your skater in at the desk.

Saturday March 25th Annual Show:

On Saturday, please walk in and drop your child off at the same door from the dress rehearsal which has the sign "Skater Entrance Only". At that entrance, there is a place for you to tie your child's skates. Your skater will then go with their group. Skaters should arrive fully dressed and will only be directed to a locker room if they are in multiple groups. To ensure the safety of all participants, only skaters and safesport certified individuals are allowed in locker rooms, absolutely no exceptions. Safesport certified individuals are available to assist skaters as necessary.

Drop off time for skaters in the first half is at 12:30 and for skaters in the second half, 1:30pm. Second show drop off times are 5:30 and 6:30.

Parents with skaters in the first half can pick their child up during intermission at the designated "Parent Pick Up Area" which is located behind the hockey boxes. Parents with children in the second half can do the same at the end of the show.  We can not emphasize the importance of patience enough throughout the pick up process. We are transferring over 100 skaters to their families and we ask you to remain patient. Please understand that the U.S. Figure Skating Safesport and security rules are in effect to protect and ensure the safety of all skaters.

During the evening show, all skaters in the 1st or 2nd half may choose to stay and go out for our finale lap - where all skaters may take the ice for a final, fun lap.
