Pay close attention to which half your child's group is rehearsing in and the time. Please bring your child to the "Skater Entrance Only" door which is the last entrance to Thayer Arena. A sign will be up letting you know which door your child should enter. Upon arrival, check your skater in at the desk. You will receive a Parent Pass good for one parent admittance to both shows. The ticket has your child's name and group number. It is extremely important that you have your Parent Pass with you and do not loose it, you will need it to pick up your child at the security drop off point after each Saturday performance.

Saturday March 26th Annual Show:

On Saturday, please walk in and drop your child off at the same door from the dress rehearsal which has the sign "Skater Entrance Only". At that entrance, there is a place for you to tie your child's skates. Your skater will then go with their group. Skaters should arrive fully dressed and will only be directed to a locker room if they are in multiple groups. To ensure the safety of all participants, only skaters and safesport certified individuals are allowed in locker rooms, absolutely no exceptions. Safesport certified individuals are available to assist skaters as necessary.

Drop off time for skaters in the first half is at 12:30 and for skaters in the second half, 1:30pm. Second show drop off times are 5:30 and 6:30.

Parents with skaters in the first half can pick their child up during intermission at the designated "Parent Pick Up Area" which is located behind the hockey boxes. Parents with children in the second half can do the same at the end of the show. "Parent Pick Up Area" is where you need your Parent Pass! Please bring your Parent’s Pass which has your child's name and group number to both shows. At the "Parent Pick Up Area" you will give the skater's ticket to one of our fabulous volunteers. They will go to your child's group area and bring your skater back to you as well as your ticket so you can re-use it for the evening show. We can not emphasize the importance of patience enough throughout the pick up process. We are transferring over 100 skaters to their families and we ask you to remain patient. Please understand that the U.S. Figure Skating Safesport and security rules are in effect to protect and ensure the safety of all skaters.

There will be a photographer at the show taking group photos and single portraits. All photos will be available for purchase. If you are interested in having your child’s picture taken please bring either a check or cash to pay. You can see the attached document for all photo prices.
